Homeland National Fire Defense

My fire department is wanting a military heavy transport truck such as the HMMT to retrofit a compressed air foam system (CAFS) for homeland structure fire defense.

The CAFS system has been proven to protect homes and rural structures from forest fires by covering the structures with a protective water based foam that is durable enough to withstand the heat and winds or the fires. The CAFS has been tested by the National Institute of Standards and Technology to be twenty times more efficient than plain water fire control and if the CAFS is mounted on the most versitile offroad military transport we can stop the natural fire disasters from destroying homes by applying a huge blanket of protection ahead of the fires. These CAFS trucks can be used for all natural and man made disasters that disrupt the infrastructure.
