I am not comfortable with the outsourcing of Security for profit. I believe security is "inherently governmental work". Three years ago TSA was promoting the SPP program to the state of Montana. Now the Airports in our state are trying to outsource their Security in hopes of profit. This is wrong.

    I agree with the writer we should not mix security and for profit companys. I understand the congress put the rider in the ATSA law but at no time did TSA develope any guidlines for an airport to give to prove a need for the added expence of privatizing.
