Passengers going through TSA checkpoints are required to follow rules that are not spelled out in law or regulation but rather in documents claimed by DHS to be SSI. Secret laws are clearly un-Americain. Post the rules that passengers are required to follow to the web.
Regarding USCIS: Promote communication with the general public regarding the status of their cases, thus thwarting undo stress and frustration. Rather than just letting their case status sit at "Initial Review" for 4+ months.
Add a category for "background check initiated", or "case awaiting priority date". Anything to ease the frustration of having to wait for months to be reunited with a loved one.
Well the first thing to do is to quit all of this stupid lying. We American people are not stupid. We know when a lie is a lie. And the second thing is to stop treating terrorist better than the American people. These navy seals that are in trouble now for giving that murderer a fat lip should get a medal for his capture

Why doesn't the Department of Homeland Security emulate the DOT Open Government site and provide a status of pending regulations, including regulations that have been required by Law, but have yet to be acted upon?

my application is still pending and show statues in initial Reviews, and every time I called customer service with in USCIS, WAS told to wait 6 mos, and we contact you, which they did not, after six mos called againe and was told same thing wait 6 mos.
